Mental Health and Well-Being: A Proactive and Preventative Approach
Sharon K. Parker is an ARC Laureate Fellow, Director of the Centre for Transformative Work Design at Curtin University, and a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Social Science.
She is a recipient of the Kathleen Fitzpatrick Award, the Academy of Management OB Division Mentoring Award. In November of 2019, Sharon was named among the world’s most influential scientists and social scientists in the 2019 Highly Cited Researchers list released by the Web of Science Group, and the only female in Australia appearing on this list in the field of Economics and Business.
She is currently an Associate Editor for Academy of Management Annals. She has published more than 80 articles in leading journals on topics like work design, proactive behaviour, and job performance.
